Part I : Authentic Leadership & Self Awareness
The journey of leadership begins not with others, but with yourself. This is something I only truly began to understand in later years. The articles that follow were originally written and published independently over a number of years. Together, they helped shape much of the thinking that eventually found its way into Part I of A Practitioner’s Guide to Leadership in the Real World.
