No leader works in isolation. We are all part of larger systems, teams, organisations, companies, communities, and societies, that shape and are shaped by our actions. The closing part of the book explores the broader context of leadership, from the dynamics of organisational culture to the challenges of navigating complex systems.
The articles that follow were originally written and published independently over a number of years. Together, they helped shape much of the thinking that eventually found its way into Part V of A Practitioner’s Guide to Leadership in the Real World.
